Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, meet your guide for a warm welcome and transfer to your hotel. Attend a welcome briefing to review the trek preparation and itinerary details.

Day 2: Kathmandu
Enjoy a guided tour of Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Boudhanath Stupa, one of the world’s largest, Patan Durbar Square, known for its stunning Newari architecture, and Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), offering breathtaking views of the Kathmandu Valley.

Day 3: Kathmandu - Pokhara
Enjoy a scenic drive along the Prithvi Highway, passing the Trishuli River and lush hills. Arrive in Pokhara and unwind with a relaxing evening by the lakeside.

Day 4: Nayapul - Ulleri
Drive to Nayapul, the starting point of your trek, and hike through terraced fields and villages like Birethanti and Tikhedhunga. Ascend the steep stone staircase to Ulleri, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Overnight at a teahouse in Ulleri.

Day 5: Trek Ulleri - Ghorepani
Hike through vibrant rhododendron forests, passing charming villages along the trail. Arrive in Ghorepani, a scenic mountain village with stunning Annapurna and Dhaulagiri views. Overnight at a teahouse in Ghorepani.

Day 6: Ghorepani - Tadapani via Poon Hill
Begin the day with an early hike to Poon Hill, where you'll witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Return to Ghorepani for breakfast, then trek through serene forests and scenic ridges to Tadapani. Overnight at a teahouse in Tadapani.

Day 7: Tadapani - Chhomrong
Descend through lush forests filled with birdsong and serene landscapes, then cross Kimrong Khola before a gradual ascent to Chhomrong. This picturesque village offers stunning views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail). Overnight at a teahouse in Chhomrong.

Day 9: Annapurna Base Camp via Machhapuchhre Base Camp - Dovan
Trek to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC) for stunning Himalayan views, then continue to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC), surrounded by towering peaks. After soaking in the scenery, descend to Dovan. Overnight at a teahouse in Dovan.

Day 10: Dovan - Jhinu Danda Natural Hot Springs
Trek back through Bamboo and Sinuwa, passing lush forests and scenic landscapes. Descend to Jhinu Danda, known for its natural hot springs. Relax and soak in the riverside springs, the perfect way to unwind after trekking. Overnight at a teahouse in Jhinu Danda.

Day 11: Trek to Nayapul - Drive to Pokhara
Complete the final leg of your trek to Nayapul, then drive to Pokhara. After lunch, visit the International Mountain Museum and relax lakeside.

Day 12: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu

• Weather ranges from warm in Pokhara to cold alpine air near Annapurna Base Camp (ABC).
• Bring layered clothing, a warm down jacket, a rainproof shell, and sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen).
• Sturdy hiking boots are essential. Trekking poles and gloves are also recommended.
• A packing checklist is available upon booking.

Q: Is this trek suitable for beginners?
A: While this is considered a moderate trek, it includes several days of ascent and high-altitude walking. It’s suitable for active travelers with a reasonable fitness level. No technical climbing is required.
Q: Can I book this trek as a solo traveler?
A: This is a private trek designed for 2 or more people traveling together. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accommodate solo travelers due to logistical and cost constraints.
Q: Will I see Annapurna Base Camp and Poon Hill both?
A: Yes! This itinerary includes both highlights: a sunrise hike to Poon Hill and a trek all the way to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m).
Q: Are there hot springs included on the trek?
A: Yes, you’ll have the opportunity to relax at the Jhinu Danda natural hot springs on Day 10 of the itinerary — a great way to unwind after the trek.
Q: Is altitude sickness a concern on this trek?
A: The risk is lower than on higher-altitude routes, but altitude sickness can still occur. The itinerary is designed for gradual acclimatization, and your guide will monitor your health closely.
Q: Do I need to carry my own backpack?
A: No, a porter is included for every two trekkers (max combined 25kg). You’ll just carry a small daypack with your essentials.
