Late Bookings (Within 45 Days)
If booking less than 45 days before departure, please contact us first to confirm hotel and Machu Picchu ticket availability. Some services may require last-minute coordination.


Passport Information Required
Once booked, please add your passport details to your Orienjo account. These are needed to secure domestic arrangements such as flights and Machu Picchu entry.
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure validity before departure.


Machu Picchu Ticket Policy
Due to limited daily permits, Machu Picchu access must be secured early.
• A non-refundable prepayment of USD $100 per person is required.
• Tickets cannot be refunded, changed, or transferred once issued.
• Full name, date of birth, and passport number are needed to reserve.

Important: If a ticket is purchased and the traveler cancels, the entrance fee is forfeited.


Luggage Allowance for Train to Machu Picchu
Only hand luggage is permitted onboard:
• Max weight: 5 kg (11 lbs)
• Max dimensions: 62 linear cm / 157 cm total (length + width + height)
